Audio Meditations
Most of the meditations on here are to help you get to SLEEP or RELAX. If a meditation is not suitable for this then there is a mention of this with the meditation. I'm a great believer in sleep and one of Her devotees! Seriously, it is one of the cornerstones of mental health and, I believe, synchronises your earthly with your spiritual existence.
Many of the meditations are based around the Chakras and you may want to familiarise yourself with them to get the most from them by looking at a diagram of where they are situated in the auric body and corresponding physical body.
I often refer to the Brow Chakra as the Instructions Chakra. This is based on Native American teachings, for which I am extremely grateful, which reveal that all Beings on this earth - be they animal, human, plant, fungi or stone - have Instructions that are given to us at birth which we are here to fulfill. The original Sanskrit name for the Brow Chakra, Ajna, translates as the Command Chakra. I have altered the name to Instruction to reflect our interconnectedness with each other and all life on this planet.
I often refer to the Throat Chakra as the Song Chakra as it is revealed by Druid teachings that every Being has their own Song. Song, I believe, captures the essence of this Chakra. The Sanskrit name for this Chakra, Visuddha, means The Purifier. Again, I feel the name Song reminds us of our interconnectedness with all our brothers and sisters on this planet.
As a woman I use female pronouns. I hope that men will find them equally useful and will not be put off by this. The Soul has always often been referred to as female after all and we all need to find a balance between the sexes to create a sustainable future. I also refer to God as Anna: She is the Universal Spirit, Sun, Stars, and Space as well as our precious earth, Gaia.

Meditating on our Root chakra will help us "find our way back to the garden". This meditation takes you back, briefly, to your infancy. (Rooting ourselves makes us strong activists for the mission to bring Heaven to Earth).
Conecting with Nature
Healing of th Red Farie
Journey - meeting a Dryad
This meditation alerts you to your "thick ears" and "thin ears". I would like to reassure you before encountering this that I am not insulting you when I refer to your "thick ears" in case you haven't encountered this expression before. It is part of Native American teachings.
