Welcome Noble Spirit!
This website exists to guide, comfort and encourage you on your journey. What journey would this be? I suggest it is one of healing for who does not need healing in this world? And development - for we need the skills and talents of everyone to turn this ship around. And awakening ….
We all know that our natural world is in a desperate state and this is website is my humble attempt to help. My audio meditations are based on 20 years of teaching relaxation and meditation in mental health and community settings. They are aimed at working with our most vulnerable selves, as we move further and further into this crisis. Paradoxically, that vulnerability may be our saviour.
I hope my oracle may strengthen your connection with the spirit world to support you with their guidance.
This website is currently being updated and more resources will be appearing on it in the next few months. I am not currently teaching but I hope this website can help you find your own way to Gaia's teaching.
